Account Eligibility
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bewin88, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

3.3 Personal Registration Only
Each account must be registered in the Member's own legal name and for the Member's exclusive personal use. Registration on behalf of another individual, or permitting another individual to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
3.4 One Account Per Household
Only one active account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. bewin88 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any associated bonuses, winnings, or deposits may be forfeited pending investigation.
3.5 Self-Exclusion Status
Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion from any gambling platform — including bewin88 — are not eligible to register a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a material breach of these Terms.
Eligibility Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration — including false date of birth, false identity, or false address — constitutes fraud and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities. bewin88 reserves the right to void all wagers and forfeit all funds in accounts opened through misrepresentation.
Account Registration & Security
4.1 Registration Process
To register a bewin88 account, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information current at all times. bewin88 may request updated information at any point to maintain account accuracy.
4.2 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bewin88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
4.3 Unauthorised Access
You must notify bewin88 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bewin88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or have delayed notification.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
bewin88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing withdrawal requests. Accepted verification documents for Malaysian players include a valid national identity card (MyKad), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. bewin88 may also request proof of payment method and proof of residential address.
Deposits & Payments
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bewin88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment platforms and methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit on bewin88 is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account.
5.3 Deposit Currency
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. bewin88 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
5.4 Deposit Responsibility
You must only deposit funds from payment methods held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including those belonging to family members, are prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party payment method may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account (completed KYC). Members must have wagered their deposited funds at least once before initiating a withdrawal of Real Money Balance, irrespective of whether a bonus has been claimed.
6.2 Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible — for example, due to e-wallet balance restrictions — bewin88 will process withdrawals via an alternative verified method linked to the Member's account.
6.3 Processing Times
bewin88 targets withdrawal processing within under 5 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods once the request has been reviewed and approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Complex or high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional review.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.5 Withdrawal Conditions for Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Winnings exceeding any stated maximum cash-out cap associated with a specific bonus will be forfeited prior to withdrawal processing.
Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by bewin88 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Standard wagering requirements range from x10 to x30 depending on the promotion type.
7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play
While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active is considered bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. The standard maximum bet during bonus play is MYR 250–500 per round, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
7.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses not claimed within the promotional claim window, and bonus wagering requirements not completed within the applicable validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from bonus credit), will automatically expire. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
7.5 Bonus Abuse
bewin88 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, systematically exploiting bonus conditions through low-risk betting patterns, coordinating with other Members to exploit promotions, and hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds.
7.6 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus
The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus is available to all verified Members on qualifying cryptocurrency deposits. The bonus is capped at MYR 688 per transaction and is subject to a minimum x15 wagering requirement. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are locked at the time of deposit confirmation and cannot be disputed.
Betting Rules
8.1 Acceptance of Bets
bewin88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. This right may be exercised where bewin88 suspects that a wager has been placed using insider information, where odds have been published in error, or where the acceptance of a wager would expose bewin88 to irregular liability.
8.2 Palpable Errors
In the event that odds or game results are published due to a manifest technical error or human error ("palpable error"), bewin88 reserves the right to void all wagers placed at those erroneous odds. Members who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their accounts reviewed and suspended.
8.3 Bet Settlement
All sports bets are settled in accordance with bewin88's published Sports Betting Rules, which govern event outcomes, void events, abandoned matches, and dispute resolution. For live casino games, the game provider's rules take precedence in the event of any dispute regarding hand or round outcomes.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and may vary by game, market, and Member account level. bewin88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and for any reason, including as part of risk management controls.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bewin88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Registering more than one account on the platform (multi-accounting);
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place or manage wagers;
- Colluding with other players, including in live poker or live casino game contexts, to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using insider or privileged information to inform sports betting decisions;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
- Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following completion of a genuine transaction;
- Systematically exploiting bonus terms or promotions through coordinated or artificial wagering patterns.
Anti-Money Laundering: bewin88 maintains an active Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme. All suspicious transactions are subject to enhanced review and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement bodies in applicable jurisdictions. Large cash-equivalent transactions may be subject to source-of-funds verification.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the bewin88 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game content, audiovisual materials, interface design, and database content — is the proprietary intellectual property of bewin88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content. Unauthorised use of bewin88's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 Platform Availability
bewin88 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. bewin88 shall not be liable for any losses — including loss of winnings or missed betting opportunities — resulting from platform downtime.
11.2 Financial Losses from Gambling
Gambling involves financial risk. bewin88 does not accept any liability for financial losses incurred through the normal use of the Platform. Members use the Platform at their own risk and should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.
11.3 Maximum Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bewin88's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their bewin88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
11.4 Exclusions
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bewin88's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Responsible Gambling
bewin88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all members aged 21 and above. We provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Members:
- Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to restrict the amount they can deposit within a defined period.
- Loss Limits: Members may apply a cap on net losses within a defined time window.
- Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders can be configured to notify Members after a defined period of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.

Account Suspension & Closure
13.1 Suspension by bewin88
bewin88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where bewin88 determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that: the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity; the Member's continued use of the Platform poses regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to bewin88; or the Member has been identified as a vulnerable player under our Responsible Gambling framework.
13.2 Return of Real Money Balance
Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, bonus abuse, or material breach, any verified Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus amounts not yet cleared through wagering) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
13.3 Member-Initiated Closure
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting bewin88 support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests or incomplete bonus wagering at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable terms.
Amendments to These Terms
bewin88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Members via email notification to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the bewin88 platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
The updated Terms will be identified by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution framework.
15.3 Language
These Terms are written in English. Where these Terms are translated for reference purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
